Until recently, we had no idea what a point is. That's when we started doing our research. We felt like we must be missing out on what everyone else is doing.

After joining the program and following the Weight Watchers Points Plan, we were very happy with the results weever had. The experience was generally positive, but the only thing we were a little put back by with was the group meetings we attended. We think it was just the location we attended. We decided not to let this bother us. We looked online and found a different location to attend. This meeting fit my needs better and was much more enjoyable. The people at the new location were more understanding and were just the piece we needed.
